At AI Music Maker, we offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) of your original purchase date.
Refund Eligibility
Before submitting your request, please review the eligibility requirements:
- Your purchase was made within the last 3 days (72 hours)
- You have not consumed more than 50% of your purchased credits
- The purchase is not a promotional, discounted, or free trial credit

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to:
Please include the following information in your email:
- Subject Line: Refund Request
- Account Email: The email address associated with your AI Music Maker account
- Order Number: Your purchase order number (found in your confirmation email)
- Purchase Date: The date of your original purchase
- Reason for Refund: A brief description of why you are requesting a refund
What Happens Next
- Our support team will review your request within 3 business days.
- You will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.
- If approved, the full purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Refund processing times vary by payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other methods: Please check with your payment provider
Cancel Your Subscription
If you want to cancel your subscription to prevent future charges (without requesting a refund for the current period), you can do so directly from your Settings > Billing page. After cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
